Business Traveler
It was marginal, but served the purpose. Near Logan Airport, easy with a car. Restaurant and strip mall next door. Main Parking lot real screwy, need roller skates to get to lobby. Business Traveler
Not what I would have expected of a three star hotel at all. Lobby was nice, staff pleasant, but the room was not cleaned well.
Neighborhood of hotel was pretty rough, and fairly far from the airport. I arrived by train and although they did send a shuttle to pick me up, I had to wait at a pretty rough train station in a rough neighborhood in the dark, not so good for a woman alone in the evening. I am kind of frustrated at having selected and paid for a 3-star hotel, and then have an experience like this. Would have had a similar experience at some Motel 6! ...read more

Traveling as Couple
Handicapped room - no tub, just water on the floor. Had to wait 30+ minutes for a shuttle & then was told we had to wait another 15 minutes or so, or we could take a cab and they'd pay.
